Michigan Conservative Dossier reports that Michigan GOP chair Saul Anuzis wants Ron Paul banned from the Michigan debate:
“I think Congressman Ron Paul was way off base and doesn’t represent any of the Republican party base…let alone activists,” Mr. Anuzis said. “I don’t have a problem with his libertarian views, but blaming 9-11 on us (U.S.) was over the top.” He said the candidate, one of 10 now in the GOP field, would feel more at home with Democrats when it comes to foreign policy.
Are these GOP party types really so threatened by Paul that they want to censor him?
What a sad day for the Republican party when a true conservative like Paul is muzzled for questioning an obviously failing foreign policy.

Face it. The Commissars of all stripes are fearful of the truth conveyed by Dr. Paul.
It will upset the fiefdoms of the powerful and gore many oxen in so doing.
Only an idiot could fail to see US government intervention - meaning US sanctions causing 100,000’s dead, installing and propping up dictatorial regimes, unilateral, unquestioning support for Israel against the Palestinians - has generated massive hatred against the US.
Anuzis saying Paul blamed 9-11 on “us” is a deliberate distortion of Paul’s position. He was clear it was US “policy” he holds responsible for prompting the attack. However, even if that dimwit Anuzis was correct, so what? How can he justify denying a 10 term Congressman - who was deemed the winner in nearly all post debate polls - a place among the Republican contenders in future debates. Apparently a free and open discussion among the declared candidates is not to be allowed in Anuzis land. Then why bother with debates at all if contenders must adhere to a preordained party line devised by the likes of NeoCon fools like Anuzis?
