In the New American magazine’s latest issue, Ron Paul was the only Congressman to score a perfect 100% score.
The result isn’t suprising since “The Freedom Index” describes itself as “A Congressional Scorecard Based on the U.S. Constitution.” The average House score was only 40% and Paul was the only Congressman over 90%.

Also interesting is a look at the other Presidential Candidates who, if elected, would UNDER OATH, swear to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States”…

Would really like to see the name of this section changed.
There is no such thing as a “Constitutional Right”. The rights we Americans have are “inalienable” and the constitution merely explicitly restricts our servant government from infringing on these God-given rights.
