Ron Paul Scores Only Perfect Rating in Freedom Index

In the New American magazine’s latest issue, Ron Paul was the only Congressman to score a perfect 100% score.

The result isn’t suprising since “The Freedom Index” describes itself as “A Congressional Scorecard Based on the U.S. Constitution.” The average House score was only 40% and Paul was the only Congressman over 90%.

Would really like to see the name of this section changed.

There is no such thing as a “Constitutional Right”. The rights we Americans have are “inalienable” and the constitution merely explicitly restricts our servant government from infringing on these God-given rights.
