An outrageous smoking ban in the “Live Free or Die” state:
Citing faulty “science ” about the deadliness of secondhand smoke, New Hampshire lawmakers inexplicably smothered an exemption for cigar bars from the state’s smoking ban. Gubernatorial hopeful Rep.
